Solaris House is a luxury sustainable residence construction project located in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. The project aims to build a 500 sqm house featuring solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and eco-friendly materials. It is designed to maximize both comfort and energy efficiency, set in a peaceful neighborhood with stunning lake views.

The total budget for the Solaris House project is BRL 3,000,000. We are seeking to raise 70% (BRL 2,100,000) of this amount from investors. The minimum investment is BRL 50,000, and investors will receive a share of 30% of the net profits upon the project’s completion.

Investments in the Solaris House project can be made using specified cryptocurrencies. Once you decide to invest, you will be provided with a digital wallet address to transfer your funds securely.

The estimated return on investment (ROI) for Solaris House is 20% over 24 months. This ROI is calculated based on projected sale prices after completion and accounts for the unique features and desirable location of the property.

The project is scheduled to start in July 2024 and has an estimated duration of 18 months. We anticipate the construction to be completed by December 2025, after which the property will be prepared for sale.

The project is managed by experienced property developers who specialize in sustainable construction and have a track record of successful projects in Brazil and internationally. Detailed profiles of the project team are available upon request.

Once the project is completed and the property is sold, 30% of the net profits will be distributed among investors proportionally to their investment amount. This ensures that every investor benefits directly from the project's success.

We have contingency plans in place to manage budget overruns or delays. Additional funding options and project adjustments are pre-planned strategies to ensure the project stays on track as much as possible. Investors will be kept informed of any changes to the project scope or timeline.
